Sinag Microfunds to hold fundraising exhibit for disadvantaged students
UP Diliman Website In line with its goal of helping disadvantaged students, Sinag Microfunds, will hold Dreams on Canvas, an art exhibit and the organization’s first fundraising event. The exhibit opens on May 24 and will run until June 24 at the UP Bulwagan ng Dangal located in the Main Library of University of the Philippines-Diliman. |

Association of Filipino Students in Japan Website The college dropout rate in the Philippines has reached an alarming 83.7% (CHED, 2012), painting a very dreary picture for our country’s youth. If we want a brighter future, now is the time to spread even small rays of light. Sinag believes that we can each do our part to support students towards graduation. In the semesters to come, we hope to increase the number of students that we can fund by engaging individuals and communities alike. |
